Today’s tip is another content creation idea on what you can do to create more content for your site that is going to be useful and relevant to your costumer and that is case study. Now, we are talking about case studies using videos. Very often you see case study that is in text format and they’re okay but when you actually have it on video, it is definitely a lot more powerful, a lot more engaging for your prospective customers.

What kind of things would you want to include in the case study? Well, like I said, the format that you want to do in is a video. You can do it with your costumers so both of you are in front of video and you can do it as an interview style. You would know the process that they have gone through in becoming a costumer of yours. You want to include question such as what were they looking for when they decided they were looking for a supplier for whatever you offered them.

Ask them why they have decided to use your company. What was the experience in engaging with you guys? What was important to them during the process and how you have made things easy for them? What was the outcome that they got from engaging you as their supplier? How would they feel about it? How did they feel about the outcome? What is the result of this relationship that they have with you? These are some of the questions that you can ask them in the case study.

You can even go a lot more specific than that and of course, you want to make it relevant to your business, the product or the service that you’re offering and also the other thing is think about the type of challenges that your prospects would have and by including those challenges in the case study and getting your customer to answer them is going to be a lot more relevant to your prospects. They’re going to relate to this case study a lot more. In that way, you are producing content that is useful for your future prospects.

The tip for today is create content as a case study scenario, list very specific questions that you are going to ask your customer, have it recorded on video, put it on your websites and then that way, it’s going to be a lot more relevant to your prospects. Keep those videos on your homepage. Don’t hide such valuable content deep inside your site. Put it on the front page of your site so that when your prospects come to your site they can click on to it, they can learn more about you a lot quicker.
