Role play is fantastic as a form of training. But as a content creation idea, what you can do is you can record the role play, so that you can view it afterwards. You can put that content on your company’s intranet, or on your website, if you want to train your customers on something. Your customers can watch that video and see you in action.
Content like this is a lot more powerful and a lot more useful than simply having something written in text. To get more out of your role plays, make sure you record it. Get the video camera out, get the tripod out, get the microphone out and record the role play because I’m sure that the content you create from there is going to be very useful, whether it’s for your internal staff, or whether it’s going to be for your customers.
