Elevate Dental: Record New Patient Growth During Global Pandemic

I was really frustrated, I’ve actually gone through several marketing companies, in both freelancers and marketing companies, and we weren’t getting any results. They would promise a whole heap of things, but we never saw a change clinically. The phones didn’t ring more, we weren’t getting any leads.

Who is the client?
Elevate Dental was founded by Dr Judith Ong and Dr James Wong in 2018. They are conveniently located in the Melbourne city fringe of Richmond and Hawthorn. Their expertise is in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, and are passionate about creating a “non-clinical” environment. They are specialised in catering to anxious patients, helping them feel relax and at ease before, during and after their treatment.
What challenges did they have?
At such an early stage of their practices, their focus is growing their business and bringing on new high-valued patients. Unfortunately, after numerous attempts in doing their marketing inhouse, using freelancers, as well as hiring various agencies, they have not been able to increase their new patient base. Their marketing was fragmented, and each supplier was working in silo. As a result, they were struggling to achieve the business objectives they have set when they first started the business.
What did we do for them?
We started with our Business Acceleration Strategy in order for us to understand their business objectives, the performance of their online marketing to date, as well as mapping a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to help them bridge the gap.
The next step was to redesign their website, rewrote all their service content so that they are engaging as well as search engine optimised. We also implemented multiple funnels to lead prospective patients to conversions.
Once the sites have gone live, we created numerous traffic channels to drive visitors to their website, including the Search Engine, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, social media content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google My Business.
I heard great things about Liza. I’d seen results happen for colleagues of mine, and really effective results, which is what actually caught my interest.
