Liza here with another digital marketing tip from contentmaximiser.com. Today’s tip is how to connect with your customers at a deeper level. One of the things that we want to do is we want to build customer loyalty, we want to build relationships, and we want to connect with our customers and how you do that is you can do it through emotions.
One of the ways to do it is to open up with your customers as you share the content and when I say open up, what I mean is share some of the challenges that you had, some of the challenging time that you’ve experienced in your journey in whatever you’re doing. For example, if your business is about teaching people how to build a property portfolio and you have done it yourself, you can talk about the times that you had some real challenges that has been really tough and yet what you have done to overcome it.
People will relate to challenges and difficult times, difficult situations. The other thing that you can share is, if your business is about talking on how to build businesses or personal development, talk about some of the challenges that you had in doing that.
The action for today is to think of a few stories that are about your challenging times and how you overcame that, how your clients can relate to this you can connect with them at a deeper level. You probably will be surprised that you’re going to get a lot more comment on your blog posts with this type of stories.
