How did the website project come about?

The website project came about because I needed a new site and I was looking for a web designer and a web developer.

What was important to you in a digital marketing agency?

What was important to me in building a new site was to be able to work with someone who was able to say to me, “Yes, Vincent. I understand what you want. We’ll do it for you.” And someone who’s able to assist me in getting a quality site up. One that is good, easy to navigate, but also reflects the quality that I want.

What was your experience like in us working together?

The experience working with Liza was fantastic.

Being a very busy professional there were times when the website project was the last of my many priorities.

My clients would come first, but Liza would always very politely remind me that I had to put the website development as a priority. And there was a time schedule that we had to meet which I’m grateful for because in the end the website was done very efficiently and very quickly.

What was your initial reaction when you first saw your site? What did you think of the outcome?

I was very happy with it. I said, “Wow, that’s the look that I wanted but didn’t know how to describe,” and I was very pleased with the outcome.

I was very pleasantly surprised, even though I knew that I was going to get something good, but I wasn’t sure what it was going to look like.

Would you recommend us to other businesses and why?

Definitely.

Liza and her team, they get the job done effectively and efficiently.

Always very pleasant to work with, nothing is ever a problem or issue for them.

Anything that we wish to have done, they do it straight away. And if there’s a request that they didn’t think was appropriate, they would discuss that with me and we would always come up with a solution that we were all happy with.

Because the way I see this is that they are my project partners and if there’s something that they didn’t think was appropriate, I will not go ahead with it.

In summary, a very good team to work with, super-efficient, very effective and importantly easy to work with.
